Each Saphed piece is handcrafted once your order is placed. Please allow 3-4 days for making, followed by:

Domestic Delivery: 5-10 business days

International Delivery: 10-15 business days (shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid, which means you pay any duties or taxes applicable) Need it sooner? Reach out with your order number and delivery date to request express shipping at an additional charge.

Exchanges accepted within 3 days. The garment should be retuned in original packing and tags.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on international orders due to customs restrictions and sustainability considerations.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
